How Long Will It Take To Ship and Receive My Order?
Typically I will ship most products out within 1-3 days. However, this depends on a few factors. During hot summer months I prefer to ship earlier in the week to help minimize the chance of products sitting in heat for extended periods of time.
If I expect a delay in shipping, I will always attempt to notify you. Once shipped you should receive a message with your tracking number.
* Note - During holiday seasons delays are expected and common. I have no control over an order once it has left my hands.


What If An Item Is Defective or Damaged?
The last thing I want is for you to be unhappy with your purchase. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact me. Can I Return Something If I Don't Like The Fragrance?
Unfortunately, unless the product is damaged or defective, I typically do not offer exchanges. Everyone has a different preference and opinion so we hope you can understand this policy. I always try to do my best to include fragrance profiles in my descriptions to help you make your choice. If you have any questions, you may reach out before ordering as well!


Am I Able To Reuse My Jars?
I do not recommend refilling jars to re-use as a candle because glass tends to weaken from usage. However, they make great storage containers for random things around the house! Also, most recycling agencies will accept empty candle jars along with other glass products.et, and to the point.
